2010 Year round weekly rate - $1000 per week for two guests
2011 Year round weekly rate- $1,100 per week for two guests
2011 SPECIAL for AUG-SEPT-OCT $ 950 per week for two guests
Additional guests - 1 or 2 (maxium 4 total for condo) add $150.00 per week
Rent is based on a 7 night week Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 12:00 noon (local time)
SeaBreeze is available for rent the entire year and is based on first-come first-served. Renter must be 25 years of age to rent. Please see TERMS for additional information. This information is subjected to change without notice.

** Rates do not include a $ 250 Security Deposit or 8% VI tax 50% Deposit is required before a reservation can be confirmed. The Remaining 50% Balance is due within 60 days prior to occupancy. Cancellation Policy: A Full refund,less a 10% handling fee will be made for any cancellations received up to 60 days prior to occupancy. Refunds will not be made within 60 days of arrival date Unless we are successful at rebooking your dates.
